When I arrived for my appointment, my vehicle was taken in for service in immediately. The problems were resolved quickly and efficiently. I was given a review of what was done. Very satisfied with the explanation.

The trouble I'm having with my new Buick is not something they can Fix at this time. It has to do with slush building up in the pocket of each door and once it pushed into the foot well on the drivers door. There are many exposed metal surfaces in this area and my consern is early rust issues going forward. I have a complaint going but it is dragging on. Communication with Buick is poor prabably because you use phones without ID and you do not leave messages on my voice mail. Spam dumps the rest.

Accurate and fast service

On 3/19/25, my 2023 GMC Canyon was indicating on my dash that it needed an engine update done. I took it to my dealership @ Alpena Buick GMC, Alpena, MI. I contacted Matt, Service manager, the message I was receiving on my dash. After looking it up on his computer, he said he could have his mechanic start performing the necessary update. From start of my arrival, I was at dealership only about an hour, and I was on my way. Excellent Service!!

Was told the vehicle was completely checked over and ready to go but shortly after it started to make an engine tick and the AC condenser was broken but they then fixed the AC but stated the tick was normal I still believe the wheel bearings are worn and hard shifting is occurring.

Very good. Had problems with shift starting car - got it going to get to doctor's appointment. Engine light on. Brought to garage. They checked it out and apparently took care of problem. Been working fine. Best thing - no charge. About a week earlier, had problems with key. Batteries were replaced. with no charge.

I was knowingly lied to about the condition of my vehicle. My vehicles has been seen by 5 separate mechanics. 4 of 5 said that my transmission was bad and that I should not drive the vehicle as it may be catastrophic. Your mechanic is the only one that said my vehicle was fine. Stating that the severe shudder in my transmission is "normal characteristics" and laughed at me for disagreeing. Then the service representative tried to deny me a copy of the diagnostic paperwork that stated this. I have documentation from the other mechanics stating the actual problem with the vehicle which I knew prior to bringing it to your mechanics for service. I bought my vehicle and the warranty from your dealership when we found out about my cancer and wanted to make sure that my wife would be covered under any circumstances if I passed away. We were lied to and treated like we were stupid and belittled for daring to think we knew what was happening with our vehicle. It feels as though we were intentionally disrespected for daring to question their diagnosis even though we already knew the truth about what was wrong. Now we have lost all faith in any proper service from your dealership. We 100% know that we are being lied to in what seems to be an attempt to not repair our vehicle. It is highly disheartening to believe that this is a normal standard of operation at your dealership.

Stopped in due to low tire pressure. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Friendly staff who make your day.
